− The lodging owner is hard to reach. There are times when they are reachable and times when they don't answer for hours or days. I've been asking for itemized receipt before and after I left lodging. The property owners said they will give it some time last week. Didn't receive one at last Friday night. Asked for it again and they said they will send by Saturday morning. And I still don't have the receipt. They are courteous when they talk to you (when they do reply back to you) but they keep saying they were extremely busy and not sending something they said they can send. I need this to file travel claims but now I'm just left with ASAP as an answer. I still don't see the itemized receipt today. This has been on my mind as constant worry after checking out. Unless this is not resolved I cannot provide a full review of the property since my last interaction with this lodging is uncertainty and anxiety.

Great location from the airport. Beautiful view of the mountains in the backyard. Its an older, but well-maintained property.

We needed a place for four of us (two couples) to sleep and shower for one night, and store some food overnight and make a little something in the morning. This place did the job, and at a reasonable price for two bedrooms. The kitchen was complete and well-stocked, including a full-size refrigerator/freezer, cooking and eating utensils, and some basic cooking supplies (oil, salt, etc.).

− The place was very sparse, without even end tables in the bedroom. (Though there was a folding table in the closet, which we deployed and made use of.) Each bedroom had a bed. Period. The dining room had a small table with four chairs, all low-cost. Functional, but again, sparse. My main issue was confusion over the reservation. This review may appear to be for Unit 1, which is what our reservation still says. However we first were told to cancel our reservation, since due to a double-booking, we couldn't have Unit 1. (How were we chosen among the two who were double-booked to lose our reservation, I wonder.) I didn't cancel, since I figured we had a contract for a room, and if they were asking us to cancel, then they had no ability to cancel us themselves. Later they told us to *not* cancel, and we would get Unit 3 instead. This review is for Unit 3. After some back and forth to find out more about Unit 3, having to repeat the same question sometimes to get answers in broken English, we decided to take it. The downside is that Unit 3 is upstairs, which was a bit of a schlep with the luggage. Unit 1 is downstairs.

Great location, perfect apartment for a quick stay in Anchorage.

− The mattress on one of the beds dips if you sit down on it, makes the bed feel a little funky.

It was ok, but wouldn’t stay there again

The location, comfortable bed, and hot water for showers etc. I guess it was ok for the price

− No so clean wash cloths, broken chair, noise from upstairs. Confusion with the code to lock & unlock the main door (not given instructions beforehand)
