The apartment is very convenient, close to the main station and with a direct connection to Venezia. The place was also clean and the communication with the host was very easy. We had a bit of a delay when arriving in Venezia and trouble to find the flat due to Google maps error, but the host was very responsive and waited for us after the check in hours. Thanks a lot!

Excellent location but I would never come back

The whole house was really dirty and the treatment of the staff was horrible, almost as if I was doing them a favor and not that they were offering me a service. In the morning of the next day there was no light in the apartment. The only good thing is the location.

− The floor looked sticky, the whole kitchen was equally dirty with expired things, and even the bathroom was not cleaned constantly, even on the sheets of the bed I found a small red stain. In addition, the treatment of the owner of the accommodation leaves too much to be desired

Bien ubicado, la recepción atenta del administrador, espacio privado, ambientes limpios.

− 1 baño para varias personas fue problemático si uno desea bañarse en la mañana.

Nos recicieron una hora antes del horario del check in.

− Faltaba limpieza, había telas de araña, se notaba que solo cambiaron las sábanas, el piso estaba sucio, el sillón de la habitación estaba con pelos. Estuvimos 3 noches y nunca fueron a limpiar el baño. La puerta de la ducha se nota que está sucia hace tiempo. En el armario había pantuflas de otra persona. Dentro del cajón de la mesa de luz había pelos.
