8.0La ubicación. Parking en el precio.
− La luz del sol que entra por las mañanas en el dormitorio, porque los estores negros son claramente insuficientes aunque los bajes por completo y no ajustan bien. En la ventana de la parte de la cocina que está dentro del salón ni siquiera hay estores, por lo que para descansar la siesta en el salón después de comer hay muchísima luz. Aunque este inconveniente sería menor en invierno.
