This is the perfect family home away from home. We were so comfortable the whole time, I wasn't worried about my children destroying anything nor them playing out in the backyard. We had alot of late nights out so coming back to the house felt safe, which is so important to me. The owners are friendly, and we were able to extend our stay with ease. I decided it was a great idea to cook my family dinner on the last night, a low key and early last minute final hoorah, which escalated to everyone being able to come! Point being, for 11adults and 5children, we had ample dinnerware and I needed for nothing(ingredients excepted) to whip up my classic chilli con carne.

− I am so sorry I didn't put the dishes away!! I thought about it while having breakfast in Inverloch...early morning start after a big week is my only excuse. Nothing to complain about, maybe a long broom? I am also a terrible human and exclusively use a dryer, lol...even in sunny coast🫣 I get not having one, I made do with the drying rack provided, that is epic by the way!!

Great bedding options, 2 bathrooms in great locations, multiple split systems providing adequate heating/cooking.. great entertainment options. Two TVs to seperate the kids if needed. We will definitely stay again! We could even fit a Ram and Landcruiser in the driveway!

Frankston Gem

The property was clean, spacious and central to all locations we were travelling to, including Puffing Billy, Yarra Valley, St Kilda and other places of interest, a great base for day tripping. Beds were comfortable, showers had great water pressure and there was everything in the kitchen you could possibly need to cook up a storm. Alice and Ash were wonderful hosts and arriving and leaving were a breeze.

− Nothing comes to mind.

Close proximity to major roads and freeways, yet tucked away from traffic noise. The house was spacious, clean and well equipped for a family with little ones.

− Street parking can get busy with other locals. But not a major issue.

Home away from home!

Spacious, great facilities and convenient location to where we needed to be. Family games and table tennis was an added bonus. Very comfortable stay for our group! Would definitely stay again.

− We found a few things (half empty drink bottles, kids toys and a bit of grime) under beds and couches. A clothes drying rack would have been handy as the weather meant we couldn’t get clothes dry easily. The off street parking was a little challenging, but not impossible.

Beautiful home for a family beach getaway

Clean, cosy, spacious backyard, has all the amenities we needed and walking distance to a secluded beach. We went Easter weekend and the beaches were empty except for locals. It was perfect .

− Besides the beach, not much to walk to, but we did drive to the local bayside shops for a wander. The property itself was perfect for what we wanted.
