Lovely spacious house in beautiful peaceful location
9.0The house is lovely. It's really spacious, and the layout was exciting for the kids. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. The playroom/stargazing room was really fun. The built-in toddler toilet seat downstairs was great. The location is lovely of course, we heard baby tawny owls at night. Only one neighbour and didn't hear or have any issues. The co-op in Bellingham is not far and very welcoming.
− We had some issues with the internet but the owners were extremely responsive and resolved it for us as quickly as they could and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy (this won't be an issue going forward for people as it's fixed) If you get cold feet I'd recommend bringing slippers as the floors could get chilly (only I had this issue so for people with normal circulation not a concern!) The drive is at quite a sharp angle when you arrive so be prepared for that as you approach! You get used to it quickly. The roads were very quiet.

10.0Spacious & comfortable home in beautiful surroundings. The kids especially enjoyed spending time in the stargazing room and watching the rabbits in the garden.
Well appointed, clean and in an ideal spot.
10.0Well appointed and spotlessly clean. The house was ideally situated for our trips to visit parts of Hadrians wall and Kielder water. We went outside for star gazing. It was easier.

− There weren’t really any walks from the doorstep and whilst the information on booking.com says pet friendly there are restrictions on this.
