Great location but run down
7.0Location is terrific, close to beach and restaurants. All the Canadians staying on site are super friendly and helpful. The rooftop is wonderful for nightly sunsets. Was inexpensive.
− It's not well maintained, quite run down actually. States weekly maid service, but no maid service. Poor lighting outside, difficult to enter property with keys provided. No way to contact owner/manager so ended up relying on Roger who is a long term resident for assistance.

Friendly, quiet and safe.
8.0The location is perfect. Just a quick walk for groceries, to restaurants and the beach. It's very quiet and we felt extremely safe the entire visit. Our suite was the mainfloor, right next to the very clean pool. We loved the rooftop for evening card games, sunsets and morning coffee. Riccardo was excellent with his communication and assistance.
− It's a little "dated" and could use a few fix ups - but the pros outweigh the cons.
