− It wasn't clean enough. I came late and there wasn't a place to eat

10.0The room is huge and clean. I love the laundry at L17, we do not have to wait for clothes to be ready. Just leave a note for the next course of action "to dry the clothes" the staff will assist to put into dryer and bring to the room once it is done. No time wasted.
− Atour has 3 hotels near railway station. I went to the wrong one so make sure you check the address wrongly. The location is too far from the metro station. Not convenient

10.0We had a wonderful stay at Atour Hotel Hangzhou East Railway Station West Square. The hotel is in an excellent location, near to most tourist attractions and offers a good breakfast. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-designed, with thoughtful details that make the stay very comfortable. The staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any requests. The overall environment is quiet and relaxing, making it perfect for both business and leisure. I would definitely choose to stay here again when I visit Hangzhou.
− There is no MRT station within walking distance nearby. However, didi (taxi) service is easily accessible.

10.0El hotel es muy cómodo y el personal muy atento. Todo limpio, nuevo y moderno. Estuvimos cinco días como en nuestra casa, repetiremos cuando volvamos a Hangzhou. Cerca del hotel hay un centro comercial, cafeterías, restaurantes y un ktv.
− Queríamos alojarnos por la zona, aunque la conexión con los transportes públicos no es la mejor del mundo. Estaban reparando un acceso al hotel y todos los vtcs y taxis se confundían al entrar formando atascos.:l desayuno era un poco caro.
