10.0I loved the design of the rooms which has planned for everything we needed, including xiaodu the personal assistant. The staff was very helpful with any requests we had and even gave us drinking water when left. The laundry room with free commercial washer and dryer made laundry very fast, the free porridge for supper next door so we can wait while laundry was being done. The kids loved the playroom with kinetic sand and duplos. Food delivery to the room by robots.
Convenient and accessible
8.0Hotel was convenient, about 7-8 minutes drive from Qilou Old Street and around 15 minutes to Haikou East Railway station. Front desk staff very helpful. Rooms nice and comfortable with high water pressure.
− Should check condition of amenities in room as some wireless charging points not working.
