− The whole apartment. Beds, couldn't even sleep on it, had to put mattress on the ground. Stairs dangerous. Had to clean before I used anything. One chair at dinner table. Had my mum with me, we left a night early.

3.0− First flat had a heating problem (no heating). I checked in at 9pm and after about an hour of back and forth on email (despite asking to be called) I moved to Travelodge for the first night. The next day it was eventually agreed (just before 6pm) that I could move to another flat (nextdoor). Heating was ok in this one but the thermostats (in EVERY room) kept resetting themselves to 16.5C despite me setting them to 21C. So it was a bit tedious to reset them throughout the day and evening to achieve a comfortable temperature. Hot water for the wash basin was limited (but did reheat quickly). The first flat was also very dirty (cooking and sewage smells) as well as smeared grease marks on the kitchen cabinets. Second flat was better but carpets were dirty in the living area.
