Pathetic! Dodged our phone calls had to call off different numbers to get an answer and didn’t bother to call back just

− Pathetic! This accommodation was canceled 1hr before check in and we had driven 1200km and we only found this out due to ringing them there was no correspondence from the owner we had to call them messaged were never answered. We had booked this house as my mother in law was in the ICU and all her kids wanted to stay in the one house close to the hospital to make it easier to take turns to see their mother

− We originally hired 2 houses but 3 days before our trip they told us only 1 was available which meant we had to scramble to try and accommodate the rest of our group. Apart from that the rest was great
