8.0Clean rooms and fridge, shared kitchen with water in fridge and soap for dishes, paper towel in kitchen and bathroom is a plus, comfortable bed, 2 pillows did not have covers, driveway can fit 2 cars, 30-40 minutes away from downtown Ottawa. TV could not be used unless you had sign in codes for Crave, Netflix etc. No instructions to use remotes. No hooks for cloths or towel in bathroom. Check in was late, no details provided to get into the house. I had to call and text to get details. Overall, nice place, there is room for improvement.
