10.0Очень понравилось расположение, до канатной дороги идти 8-10 минут. Рядом (на 1 этаже дома), можно найти кафе и круглосуточный магазин. Также в 100 метрах находится прокат оборудования, очень удобно! Квартира чистая и просторная, дизайн приятный. Понравилось, что есть возможность приготовить себя покушать на кухне, имеется холодильник, варочная панель и все столовые приборы. Также в апартаментах есть стиральная машина и сушильная поверхность! Очень удобно, что можно постираться после катания на склоне. Заселение прошло быстро, в данных апартаментах удаленное заселение. В номере работает стабильный вайфай. Также очень понравилось общение с менеджером или владельцем!! Все круто! I really liked the location, it takes 8-10 minutes to walk to the cable car. Nearby (on the 1st floor of the house), you can find a cafe and a convenience store. There is also an equipment rental 100 meters away, very convenient! The apartment is clean and spacious, the design is pleasant. I liked that there is an opportunity to prepare yourself to eat in the kitchen, there is a refrigerator, a cooktop and all the cutlery. The apartment also has a washing machine and a tumble dryer! It is very convenient that you can wash after skiing. The remote check-in was quick. The room has a stable Wi-Fi connection. I also really enjoyed talking to the manager or the owner!! Everything is cool!

10.0Everything was excellent,especially our owner of property George. Even despite our leaving one day earlier, than we have booked initially, he returned money, but he shouldn’t do it actually. So during all our stay George asked about our stay,was is comfortable or not, told us about all necessary things,where we could change money and buy products and ets, helped us with search of driver to Vladikavkaz. Accommodation is really nice and new one,fully equipped and very comfortable. All facilities were inside the room: toiletries, kitchen equipment). Just be aware,that you should take some slippers or warm sweated socks in winter, because the floor was rather cold (and during our stay the temperature outside was lower than 10))))) If I go one more time to Gudauri I will definitely stay in these apartments one more time!
