Good, but better for package bookings
9.0It really is geared for the package booking, but I wanted to make sure I was not rushed between San I and beach and lodging was limited in between. It is a really nice place and the grounds are very pretty. Woke to sounds of birds chirping. As a solo traveler, was dependant on others joining to do the tour I wanted, but none opted for cave tubing for my day (many had done it day I arrived), so I went back to the Blue Hole in the morning and had it all to myself. Recommend stop at Billy Barquedier National Park during drive for a short hike to a pretty waterfall and swim spot.
− A bit pricey. Definitely has a resort feel. Mosquito netting for hammock would have been nice. No chairs in room

9.0Schöne Cabana in üppigem Grün gelegen mit dem Gefühl, direkt im Dschungel zu wohnen. Frühstück und Abendessen in Buffetform sehr lecker und reichhaltig.
− Die Lodge scheint sehr darauf bedacht, ihr umfangreiches Angebot an Aktivitäten an den Reisenden zu bringen.
Solo traveler's nightmare
4.0Lots of things to do in the lodge itself! I liked that there was info on basically every plant and flower. Staff were also really kind and friendly!
− Not solo traveler friendly! They also force you to eat family style with others and you can't pick your sit. If you're solo then you're forced to be around others and I was put on the head of the table as a single person which made me feel uncomfortable. They're were people i wanted to sit with, but they wouldn't let me. Very frustrating. I was expecting a nice calming evening with my book and the twinkle lights above me, but it was not like that. They also wouldn't let me book ATM cave prior to arrival but didn't explain why until I got there. I booked with another tour company, but they were also being difficult and this hotel redeemed themselves by still getting me there through their company.

8.0The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, and the location made access to other attractions very convenient.
− The curtains of the rooms don't close completely so I didn't feel very confident about my privacy. Not having a TV in the room was fine, but not having wifi was very inconvenient.
