7.0Property is a fantastic house, just a shame the company letting it out has given up on it! In need of some tlc.
− No working fridge/freezer, food purchased was ruined! Still waiting for a refund! No outdoor patio furniture. Broken chairs in the kitchen. Hornets nest in garden. Bin bags full of nappies left in drive way. Cleaner still on site when we arrived at 5pm, bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned.

− The problems we encountered was from the first night we experienced no electricity in the kitchen, and no heating during a very cold period, we read manual and followed instructions only to be told by staff we were doing it wrong! They were wrong, we know how to follow a manual and it was something that needed to be fixed. we then had to wait till nearly 4 o'clock in the afternoon for someone to fix, so a night and day was ruined and I still had to pay for the pleasure of incompetent staff who requested that I fix the boiler myself! I came for a holiday, not a normal working week. A partial refund at least should have been offered due to the disappointing and ruined few days that we experienced here. It really affected our whole trip which is still very depressing when we look back on it.
