Beautiful and peaceful location. Perfect base to explore Bruny Island and further south of Tasmania.

− The only thing we would suggest is it would be great to have a blind on the narrow window above the bed to block the street light.

− The bed was to hard
Once there ckean and inviting house we'll appointed except fir the broken door for the pot cupboard.
6.0No breakfast had trouble finding the place no signage abd no photo or directions to help find our way view of yacht masts was unexpected
− Finding the place entry was obscured by lines of traffic waiting for ferry

A perfect accommodation to immerse ourselves in the region.
9.0The house boat is very well presented. Everything seemed so luxurious and it was very clean. We really enjoyed sitting out at the table on the little deck watching the water activities. The weather was cold mostly while we stayed there and the heating in the living area was very good. The location was excellent.
