4.0The place did have a nice view, dishwasher and washing machine.
− This is the first time I'm leaving a NEGATIVE review in booking. I want to protect all potential guests of Maritina's apartments of booking this housing and being disappointed. There is no way most reviews here are from legit guests. 1) The mattress of the bed was super hard and uncomfortable. So uncomfortable that we wanted to cancel our stay there, however the host informed us if we do that, we won't get our money for the rest of the nights back. 2) Cleanliness - It says 10 out of 10 in the reviews. In reality - It was around 7 which is okayish, however there is NO housekeeping included if the stay is under 1 week. Also, we wanted new sheets for our stay there, but the host informed us they can't provide us with any. 3) The toilet seat was broken. When we informed the host, we were told they know, however nothing was repaired during our stay. 4) The view from the terrace is nice, however it's unbearable to stay there during most of the day because of the heat. There is no single TENT or fan. Only umbrella which is less than enough. In conclusion, I would say - if you want a comfortable stay, I DON'T recommend this place.

10.0It’s a beautiful modern apartment in a great location a few minutes from the harbour/town. The stand out is of course the terrace and the panoramic view! Liza was quick to respond to any questions and was flexible with allowing us into the apartment much earlier as it was cleaned and ready.
