Udine family winter trip
3.0Excellent location close to the city center, spacious and affordable.
− We visited in winter with kids and the flat was called except for one room as the heating was not sufficient and the flat not insulated (even one outside window could not be closed as broken). A couple of appliances did not work as well (e.g. some light bulbs, there was no wifi, the kitchen utensils equipment could be more robust).
All is oke. We comes here and next time if come in Udine.
10.0all is oke,only first comunications not be perfect because english is problem with rent person. Very bad english. But after we comunicate wit another person and all is oke..
− Only change tower problem. we reservation on 4 days and after we continue more 3 days,and ask for change tover,from service say must pay extra for change and wc paper. i think is not correct this because when we pay extra tree day is normal give again new tower and paper because we stay more longer. If comes new guest ,they must clean and give new tower,but now ,because when we stay more,we save him paying new cleaning and because normal give free tower. If forget this,all is oke…
