7.0Mieszkanie jest bardzo słoneczne, przestronne i dobrze wyposażone. Pościel oraz ręczniki były czyste. Bezproblemowy i szybki proces zameldowania. Dobra lokalizacja.
− Niedokładnie posprzątana łazienka oraz bardzo brudne okna i klatka schodowa. Jednak zdaję sobie sprawę, że klatka schodowa to część wspólna i nie jest to wina właścicieli mieszkania.

10.0El lugar está muy hermosamente decorado , es amplio , con buena luz y circulación de aire … tiene todo lo necesario. Hasta cafetera y sobres de té… Cada vez que voy a Plauen me hospedo aquí .
− No podría decir que no me gustó pero si le pondría una jarra para el agua y un poco de azúcar para el té o café. Y una toalla oscura , por si algún huésped como yo , decide lavarse el cabello , entonces no mancha las toallas existentes .

10.0Sehr modern und ansprechend eingerichtet. Alles sauber. Sehr bequemes Bett und ruhig. Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr nett und unkompliziert. Innenstadt gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

− Die Beleuchtung im Bad: von drei Deckenlichtern leuchteten nur zwei, über dem Spiegel gab es keine Lampe ( in einem fensterlosen Bad!) - die Deckenlampe im Wohn-/Schlafzimmer war vorgesehen für 6 Glühbirnen: eine fehlte, eine weitere war defekt - die Ausstattung mit Gläsern war mangelhaft: ein Sektglas für 2 Personen! keine Weingläser ...
