Traumhafte Aussicht, top moderne Wohnung
9.0Die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Eine der schönsten Aussichten, die ich jemals hatte. Kennt man so nur aus Instagram-Reels. Das sollten sie definitiv nicht verpassen!! Top modern eingerichtete Wohnung auf gehobenen Nivea. Alles da was man braucht. Überall Mückengitter (wichtig in Kavala). Es ist ruhig. Der Vermieter ist nett und für alle Anfragen da und hilft sofort. War alles sehr angenehm. Preis Leistung ist top.
− Ich hätte es toll gefunden, wenn in der Gegend rund um die Wohnung bisschen mehr los gewesen wäre. Daher vielleicht mal ein Café, ein Shop oder ein Restaurant. Man musste für Leben und Soziales schon runter zum Hafen. Das sind zwar nur zu Fuß 12-15 min, aber bei 35 grad und steilem Anstieg zurück überlegt man es sich dann doch zwei mal zu gehen. Das ist halt der Deal für die gute Aussicht. Ich glaube für Paare, die Ruhe und Ästhetik suchen, ist die Wohnung perfekt, aber für Alleinreisende, die unkompliziert schnell sozialen Anschluss wollen, nur halb perfekt. Die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer war bisschen laut, aber nicht schlimm.
Perfect long weekend stay
9.0Excellent location - near restaurants and bars, local supermarkets, bakeries, beach and promenade. Room is spacious as well as the terrace. There is partial sea view. Great stay near airport and Thessaloniki!
− There was strong smell of cigarettes in the room during the whole stay. It can be very noisy during night and in the morning if windows are open, but this comes with the location so it’s not a surprise. Bathroom is small and somewhat difficult to use. There’s plenty of room to install a bigger mirror.
