− That was not very attentive in the bar or the front desk and I was double charged for a room that I made on booking.com. Although they did promptly take care of it

− No elevator, steep steps, no staff to help you Food prices were way too high!! How did cleaning crew get their equipment upstairs if no elevator?!?!

− Smelled of smoke and the sleeping sofa had a horrible mattress. Not set up for handicap and wheelchairs.
