posizione perfetta per i vari collegamenti, soprattutto per chi vuole andare verso il Conero, la casa dista un paio di minuti nemmeno dalla fermata dei bus. Inoltre sono molto vicine anche farmacie, tabacchi e supermercati.

− Il portone di fuori si apre solo dopo vari tentativi, ogni volta ho impiegato almeno 2 minuti per aprirlo, questo è diventato un grandissimo disagio la sera, poiché il quartiere non è molto sicuro, ed essendo noi due ragazze non ci siamo sentite in una situazione di sicurezza a dover aspettare che la chiave del portone funzionasse. Inoltre è assente la cappa, questo implica il fatto che qualsiasi cosa si cucini, l’odore pervaderà l’intero appartamento.
