Great location, but a few issues.
5.0Location is superb. And the room was spacious.
− The air conditioning wasn't working so the room was very hot. And there weren't enough towels.
Liked only location but the appartment doesn’t worth the price.

10.0Our family appreciate all the amenities provided inside the apartment and good location 5 mins walk to the High St Kensington underground station which made our trip experience more pleasant. There was helpful and friendly service support via chat msg rendered throughout our stay and will choose this apartment for our future trip in London.
− Need a bit of effort in going up down stairs especially with bulky luggage for the Apartment as it was located on the 4th Sty.

− Picking up the 'keys' took forever, which was wild because it's just door codes, the apartment itself is falling apart and poorly remodeled, there is no A.c. and the windows are mostly painted shut, there was constant construction on the building hallway and above, and they didn't pay the power or something because it shut off midway through the day for three hours.
The location was nice near the underground station and bus station, shops and hyde park.it’s near everything so we liked

− How dusty and dirty it was when we came in first. Also, it continued to get dusty because of the constant construction work. We wanted a refund or some kind of compensation from the booking.com but they did not respond quickly.
