Beautiful secluded eco Sheppard hut.
10.0Everything! The place was completely secluded and private so you really felt out in nature. So much detail has been put into this place to make it such a comfortable stay. And the hot tub was great especially under the stars. Do not hesitate to book this place. We were lucky enough to watch the fireworks display from the castle in the distance one night. We also walked to the windmill pub for dinner on the first night which was easy enough to reach on foot along the canal path to redmile. The second night we spent cooking on the outdoor stove which is easy enough to use. the fire pit was fabulous. If you like the outdoors and want to be off grid with outdoor cooking and campfires this place hits the spot.

Relaxing, wonderful, great fun.
10.0What a little hidden gem. If you want a totally peaceful and relaxing break, you must book this. It is totally private, away from the main farm. Make sure you wait until dark before taking an outside bath under the stars, amazing. The cooking facilities are all outside but great fun to sit round an open fire eating our meal. The hut is surprisingly spacious, large double bed and a big shower. The owners have really given this place a lot of thought. If you are addicted to your phone or email don’t book it as it is off-grid…heaven! We have always booked hotels in the past, this has now changed our views completely. An absolutely wonderful stay.
