− Food was very average We do tip staff as regular practice but housekeeping staff was behaving desperate for tips while we were preparing check out

− The restaurant had a full menu but most of the dishes were not available. It would be better to serve a limited but accurate menu.

10.0The beauty of the room and the surrounding area
− The staff was very slow. I had to call them multiple times to get anything. Even our check out got delayed.
Avoid at all costs - we left a day early it was so bad

− Kids play area (main reason we chose this place) was broken, completely unsafe, and had no air con in the middle of a 45degree plus Indian summer. Rooms also not cleaned properly , main building hot and either not finished or broken already. Lacked basic food and drink. And to make it worse the manager thought all this was ok.
Excellent stay and true value for money
9.0The location was a bit far from the forest but it is quiet and peaceful- snugged away in green all around it is a great place for a gate away
