− Flies are every where when cooking and eating. Water dispenser should be replaced as it dispensed just a small amount of water.

10.0We liked the location since it was not a crowded or noisy neighborhood. The staff are accommodating and friendly. They also help prepare the cochinillo that we ordered for our dinner. The rooms are clean and they provide you the essentials.

10.0Napakaganda ng aming pananatili sa villa na ito. Malinis, maluwag, at napaka-komportable ng buong lugar. Kumpleto ang mga gamit at maayos ang lahat ng pasilidad. Ang mga kuwarto ay malalaki at maaliwalas, at napakaganda ng tanawin mula sa terrace. Tahimik at pribado ang kapaligiran kaya talagang nakapagpahinga kami nang maayos. Ang pool ay malinis at perpekto para sa pamilya at mga kaibigan. Bukod dito, napakabait at matulungin ng may-ari at mga staff. Mabilis silang sumagot sa aming mga tanong at tiniyak nilang kumportable ang aming pananatili. Lubos naming inirerekomenda ang villa na ito at tiyak na babalik kami sa susunod na bakasyon. Maraming salamat sa napakagandang karanasan!
It was supposed to be fun but disappointed
3.0Just the view of Mt Makiling
− I booked this property because I saw on their video advertisement was really appealing. But we were disappointed when we saw it in person. This is not natural hot spring, it is just hot water from the tank. For sure the owner is not aware that the maintenance fault not doing their job. The maintenance is aware that there is some problems with the swimming pool not having a hot water and pump. The jacuzzi ( they call it Jacuzzi but the water was not even hot. The washroom was all dirty and the bedsheets are all stained. We got refunded by the way.
Our Tirta Spring Villa experience is something we will always remember and happy to come back to
10.0The whole villa is beautiful and the staff assigned to assist us with our needs are very accommodating and helpful. Our family, our friends and guests really had positive things to say about the place.
− As our vacation has been beautiful and we love the villa, there is nothing negative to talk about it. So we recommend the owner and the staff assigned to look after it to maintain it as it is. All the facilities - kitchen, pool, dining, lounge are above standards.

9.0Everything about the place is just amazing. They had a variety of games that made sure that we dont get bored. The staff also were very helpful the whole time that made our stay free if worries 😊
