− Water pressure was not as strong. Would also be nicer if with microwave but other than that complete facitilities.

1.0The staff who accommodated us was respectful and kind despite the DOUBLE BOOKING which is definitely a lapse on the part of the owner.
− The owner/manager in charge of the booking DID NOT EVEN TRY TO APOLOGIZE. If there's a double booking, it is never the client's fault. We have a baby who needed to rest but they could not accommodate us because they do not have a Plan B. All they can offer is a refund, which I have to request first after waiting for a while. While we were waiting for a SOLUTION, the incharge based on our conversation is not apologetic at all and insisted that someone booked THE UNIT already as if it was my fault. If you enrol your unit to different booking apps, sync your calendar! And communicate the complete details to your staff, names and schedule etc so they know who should enter the unit as per schedule. And you should act fast and be respectful enough because I booked it days prior. You should even compensate me for the hassle you put me thru. I'm just one client who's ranting about this but if this ever happens again, DO SOMETHING. This has happened to me in the past but the owner said SORRY first and foremost and contacted a friend who has a unit we can stay for the night as we were already tired already from a long travel. We were not just dealt like- SOMEONE ALREADY BOOKED AHEAD OF YOU, SO BYE..
