View was fabulous and house OK.
7.0Location was great and the views from the top level. Kitchen supplies re cutlery, dishes, etc was great. Balcony great. WiFi worked throughout stay. Pantry items were numerable. Tables in dining area and near windows were fabulous as was the design of the kitchen and bench space provided. Wardrobe space in four of the five bedrooms enabled us to unpack and not feel like you were living out of your suitcase.
− Leaking skylight - puddle on bottom stair - accident waiting to happen - when informed owner - he knew & we were not informed when rain was forecast for the first two days of our stay. Fridge froze our food in bottom drawers by day three. Freezer leaked onto floor - informed owner - no response. King singles as advertised were not adult size (107 x 203) - 98 x 192cm - feet over edge. One hairdryer for three bathrooms. Going down stairs we were hit with smell of stagnant water. Outside front door there is a tripping hazard with the paving - two of us did stumble over hazard so very watchful from then on.
Best view with lots of space, large pool was great after a long day at a netball tournament.
9.0The house was very spacious and comfortable, we had everything we needed. Stunning view.
− Was very hot in the afternoon with the sun coming in and only one split system to cool the house. Really need to add ceiling fans in the bedrooms, not pedestal fans.
