10.0Muy buena iluminación. Acceso por ascensor. Ambiente climatizado y muy próximo a todos los lugares necesarios. Farmacias, supermercados, costa, etc. GENIAL.La pasamos muy bien.

7.0La tranquilidad del departamento y el barrio, la vista es hermosa y el departamento es moderno y calentito ideal para el invierno
− Las sabanas tanto de la matrimonial como de 1 plaza son de la peor calidad, llenas de pelotitas. Las sábanas de la matrimonial tenían pelos y pestañas, una experiencia muy desagradable, que si bien después nos dijeron que las cambiaron seguían pareciendo las mismas. El acolchado manchado de la cama matrimonial parece que nunca lo lavaron, tambien desagradable. Si no hubiese sido por esto sería un lujo el departamento!
