Didnt stay as felt like student accommodation

Picture s deceiving. More of a bed sit.

I cannot recommend this property with a truly deceiving name.

The location of the property was wonderful. We appreciated that it was next to a little convenience store.

− There is a lot to say about this property. First of all you are in one room. The bed and the sofa, which is also a bed is in the living room. That is the living room: sleeping spots. So one of the guests had to sleep on the sofa, which was filthy. The property owner did supply clean linens to put down on the sofa. However, the person that slept on the sofa felt like they were rolling off it all night long. Also, in the living room was the double bed. It was pushed up into the corner in such a way that if you were sleeping on the side near the wall, it would be very, very difficult to get in and out of the bed. The property owner lists a washing machine. Where you put your detergent in is disgusting. The washing machine itself worked fine, but there is no dryer. Also, the personal hygiene materials are large bottles that other people have been using. There were three of us using this facility, and there was no place for three of us to sit down together to eat a meal or or a snack. Finally, there is a large bathtub with a handheld shower wand and that is how you take your shower. There is inadequate tile protecting the drywall from any water that may splash from attempting to take a shower. If you are looking to take a shower standing up like an erect human being this is not the place to go. On the plus side, we had problems with the Wi-Fi and the property owner was extremely responsive and wanted to make sure that that was fixed, and that everything was satisfactory with us.

Did not live up to it's luxury tag

Excellent location - Extremely convenient for The Bull Inn Wrotham, perfect if you're attending events in the area Cleanliness - The accommodation was clean and tidy

− Misleading Description: The property is advertised as "luxury" but is actually a basic studio flat/bedsit that feels more like a spare bedroom with mismatched furniture. The description doesn't match the reality of what you're paying for. Strong Artificial Fragrance: Upon arrival, there was an overwhelming smell of what seemed like "Shake and Vac" perfume throughout the room. We eventually located a fragrance unit that was the source - this could be problematic for guests with sensitivities. Parking Issues: Parking wasn't available adjacent. We had to use the public car park several minutes' walk away, which was inconvenient with luggage. Practical Concerns: The light switches are positioned on the opposite side of the room from the entrance, which could be challenging for guests arriving after dark. Overall Experience While the location was perfect for our needs and the space was clean, the property doesn't live up to its "luxury" billing. For the price point, we expected better furnishings and amenities. The strong artificial fragrance was particularly off-putting.

Overall pleased but would have given higher marks if there had been a separate bedroom as described.

Location couldn't have been better. Parking free and unlimited on the street at weekends. Extremely clean. Kitchen basic but quite sufficient for an short stay. Appreciated the cereals, milk, coffees etc. Well decorated, with good taste. And in excellent condition. Double bed very comfortable. Host very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Much appreciated.

− The property is advertised on Booking.com as having a living room and a separate bedroom. This is not the case. My daughter ended up staying at our friend's house in Wrotham as she had a separate room there. So this proved to be disappointing and not our plan. The photos don't show the sofa bed at the foot of the double bed. I feel this could be addressed in the description.

Es ist ein 1-Zimmer Mini Apartment, dann lieber ins Hotel.

Gute Anbindung an die Autobahn

− Die Anzeige ist irreführend, es handelt sich um ein 1 Zimmer Apartment, kein separates Wohnzimmer. Backofen war leider noch voller Essens-Rückstände, sonst aber sauber. Im Großen Ganzen haben wir nicht das bekommen was die Anzeige versprochen hat.
