The experience was very disappointing and did not meet our expectations at all
3.0The location was good
− I was very disappointed with this property. The apartment was not clean when we arrived. We even found a glass with leftover coffee inside the cupboard, which was really unacceptable. There were no hand towels or kitchen towels available to dry our hands. When we arrived, it turned out that the owner had forgotten to inform the cleaning staff about our arrival. As a result, we had to wait 2 hours outside in 35°C heat before we could enter the property, which was extremely frustrating. The air conditioning was also not working. After calling the owner/manager, he told us he would come and fix it, but he never showed up. In addition, the shower in the second bedroom was clogged and the water would not drain properly. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and did not meet our expectations at all.
Good location, clean apartment, reasonable price
9.0Good location, quiet area, and the apartment was clean and cosy. I enjoyed staying there couple of days. Fair price for what you get considering you are in Gouna.

10.0Net appartement, voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Erg ruim met twee badkamers/wc's. Mooi balkon met uitzicht op het zwembad. Appartement was erg schoon en het is altijd fijn als er al wc papier aanwezig is, kleine moeite, groot plezier.
− Niks. Ik heb hier meerdere keren verbleven en dat was omdat het gewoon goed beviel. Zou niet weten wat hier verbetert zou kunnen worden.
