7.0Even there is a bit of hiccup on the room sorting. I like how there is an ecosave store just right beside the homestay. It pretty convenient and easy for resident to access daily necessities.
− Just certain areas like lights, handles that need to repair so that it looks tip top shape.
WORST STAY EVER
3.0The only thing i like, the house is near the lift.
− The experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The water heater was not functioning, which was already inconvenient. The parking area was also quite complicated to navigate, although still manageable. There was no water dispenser provided, which added to the discomfort. However, the most upsetting issue was the swimming pool. I specifically chose this homestay for a family holiday because we were looking forward to swimming, only to find that the pool was in an unacceptable condition—extremely dirty to the point that you couldn’t even see the bottom tiles. It completely ruined our plans and the entire purpose of the trip. What made things worse was the owner’s attitude. There was no prior notice about the pool condition, which I find very irresponsible. Had I been informed earlier, I would have chosen a different place—that should have been my decision to make. Instead, this information was withheld. When I raised the issue, the owner simply claimed that no one else had complained and made no effort to resolve the situation. There was no apology, no attempt to offer a partial refund, no compensation, and not even a gesture like a late check-out. Nothing at all. Overall, this has been the worst place I have ever stayed. I would not recommend it to anyone.
