Brand New Condo with excellent reviews♡

Very happy overall with our stay. Kevin was great and instructions were very clear and helpful. Would stay again!

The location is fabulous. Views are wonderful. The boat is very communicative. Very clear instructions and assistance when needed.

− The kitchen was oddly stocked. Only one frying pan, pots were small, and the baking sheet was toaster oven size. We were able to make do, but cooking was a bit creative. If you don’t plan on cooking much though, has everything you’d need! Didn’t realize that parking had to be paid for. So for 4 days, it was around $75.

I have experience living in this building last year and I definitely know that it can be better.

definitely the location and the ocean view

− Cleanliness, poor cleaning - sand and hair on towels and in the shower from previous guests. Also the balcony covering, which requires special cleaning because pigeons fly there and leave traces of their poop. Also, the pressure in the shower is very weak. The air conditioner is most likely broken and it works constantly. Since it was impossible to turn it off independently.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The pool was at a comfortable temp. and pool furniture was provided. It was nice having a washer and dryer in the condo.

− I felt deceived because it is not a brand-new condo. It is in an older building and the inside of the condo is not new. It needs paint in places, light is broken, the screen on the sliding glass door was terrible. Some of the curtains were ripped. There was a printed page of rules, mainly for the pool area. No pool toys, no alcohol at the pool, etc., etc. There was not really a beach in front, you had to walk down the road or drive to a beach. It is the Royal Kahana run by Outrigger. I had a phone number on my paperwork with a phone number if I had questions. I left a text message asking how to turn the fan down on the thermostat, I never got a reply. I then left my phone number, they never responded.
