3.0− We had high expectations given the price, but the experience was honestly disappointing. Service was consistently poor, with staff often forgetting basic requests—simple things like delivering ordered items were missed. The menu itself was also unreliable, with multiple items unavailable. The rooms did not match the standard you’d expect from an expensive resort. Walls were dusty, rusted in places, and overall cleanliness was lacking. Room cleaning service was also below par. We had to tell them what to do as they were really doing things half hearted. The layout of the property felt odd, with several areas awkwardly covered or designed, which took away from the overall experience. Even the beach, which should have been a highlight, lacked charm. It’s more of a fisherman beach. Location is really really far away from anything. Not a single cafe nearby. No lighting in the area. Absolutely none facilities. To add to the frustration, there were continuous issues with the hot water shower. Overall, it did not justify the cost, and the experience fell far short of expectations.
