Convenient, friendly staff and owner, great place !
9.0Very friendly owner and staff, they received us late at night and made us dinner at 11 pm. Also made us breakfast early before our long road trip to Arugam Bay.

8.0I stayed for one night only before an earley flight the next day. Room was ok, confortable bed, silent air conditioning. The hotel was very close to the airport and I could park my car inside de hotel.
− The only employee on duty did not speak any English. He also tryed to charge me more than what I have booked. Luckly I noticed that and was able to adjust the amount before paying, but I had to talk to the owner by phone to be able to do it.

10.0What a wonderful experience this is not just accomodation this was an opportunity to enjoy the hospitality of a wonderful family in a serene location with beautiful gardens and a calming atmosphere. Chrishantha is also a very experienced and licences tour guide I recommend you utilise his services. I am already planning a return trip and can not fault a thing.

5.0The place was beautiful, nice garden, the room was clean and it has AC and good breakfast.
− I messaged the owner a week before our arrival and specifically asked if we could check in eariler because of our flight. He said that it was no problem (no extra charge) and that we can come eariler. When we got there at the agreed upon time, he wasn't there, we called him and he said that we can't check in, that we have to wait 4 hours. He was making excuses on the phone and was rude, and only when we said that we will go someplace else, he came. And then when we wanted to leave he said we have to pay 50% more because we checked in early - but he didn't say that when i messaged him! We payed the agreed price and he said to get out. Beside the owner, everything else was okay.
