The location is pretty good, quite with very good view to the field and ocean, you can hear the sound of waves from the balcony. The apartment is very clean and warm, a very nice place to stay.

− 1. It didn't show they didn't include linen on the provided lists, we only found out after we received the confirmation email from the property. After we call the property, they told us it was written on the description, which is very hard to be noticed. 2. The security bond need to be paid by other links but not the booking.com, which has to be processed manually and takes over a week to refund - I still haven't received the refund after a week. I really think that's less guaranteed. 3. This is more like a rental property under the agency, and agents are not 100% sure about what is included in the property. I called before to check do they provide shampoo and body wash, they told me no but we found that the property has provided after.

The unit itself was very clean, stark decor, (clearly seen in the pictures) but comfortable enough located in a block of flats which were mainly private rental or owned. The unit has the most beautiful daytime view of the coast. This is the best feature of the property.

− We were not advised we had to provide our own linen. We don't book properties without linen supplied and beds made!! Despite being told by the managing agent it was on their website under details and they would send me a screen shot of this.... they conceded it was not! They thankfully paid for our Queen linen pack to be left at our front door. This pack only contained 2 towels, extremely thin, 2 face washers, sheets and 2 pillow cases. No bathmat, hand towel or tea towels. Would not recommend the linen company. The outdoor area of the complex was in need of maintenance and we were advised of a $50 fee if BBQ not left clean however could not locate a BBQ! Car parking available but may not be close to the unit, it was really full when we were there. You need to be aware there are 20 fairly steep steps to the unit also. No extras like glad wrap/foil, olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar sachets etc. Communication with the managing agents, Judith Wright O'Brien real-estate in San Remo and Cowes was very poor. We have not received our deposit of $505.00 back as yet which is 2 weeks tomorrow from our departure. I have sent emails and left messages to no avail.
