− Scarsa pulizia, aria condizionata che raffredda di continuo perché il termostato è fuori dalle stanze. Se accendi il piano a induzione mentre è acceso il condizionatore salta la corrente, a volte bastava anche meno di questo. Nella cucina c'è una moka inutilizzabile a causa del piano a induzione, la macchinetta a cialde non ha le cialde, ci sono solo una padella ed una pentola e solo due bicchieri per 4 ospiti. La cucina è un sottotetto non coibendato in cui si muore di caldo. La tapparella non si può abbassare poiché non c'è né cinghia né pulsanti per manovrarla. Il prezzo è molto basso, e c'è un motivo.
