10.0Amazingly appointed apartment in ideal location - short walk to beach and Hastings street Had everything I would expect from a high end property. Amenities were great and much thought taken to the little things - soaps, slippers, beach hat and furnishings. Sauna and garage gym as a real bonus.

9.0Great location close to surfing spots and very comfortable and stylish apartment and furnishings. It is trending towards top end of a reasonable cost range so we expected everything to work, be comfortable and stylish and it delivered..
