− Plates in the kitchen could be upgraded as some scratch marks are present.

− Neglected and filthy. The cleaner brought in the beginning, after we requested one, made a huge difference, but the mere fact that we walked into filth wasn’t great. Pieces of poo in the toilet brush in main bedroom downstairs is disgusting (did not check the others). The second cleaner couldn’t bother to lift a toilet seat when cleaning. Lots of old crumbs on furniture when we arrived, glasses full of oily hand marks, dirty grills and old spilled sauce on the bbq, etc. Then you have the neglect, leaking pool, completely broken patio umbrella, 'non-stick' pan with a steel spatula?, leaking roof, almost no glasses with none matching (yes you brought new ones, thanks). Front cover of microwave broken and loose, oven light just blinking, but not switching on, and so we can go on… I have slept on better beds in cheap backpackers, what a joke! Definitely not returning, if you want to ask money, you should provide the service and deliver facilities as advertised.
