Nice but disappointing with the price we paid and no working shower.

− We reported no hot water in the shower upstairs on Saturday morning. From the response I got I believe they already knew this. Not ideal 5 people sharing a bath for 4 days. The 2 bathrooms was one of the reasons I booked this cottage. Was told the office would be told but no communication since. The bedroom window was also open when we arrived but we didn’t mind until the bad weather on Sunday. Tried to close it but suspect it was broken, didn’t bother reporting after the response to the shower so just had a cold nights sleep!

9.0Very tastefully appointed property with top quality furnishings and fittings in the heart of Cartmel.
− Nothing really, although the tv in living room would have been better a bit lower down on the wall. It was too high to watch comfortably.
