6.0The apartment's biggest advantage is its location. It is very quiet, with a large garden between the road and the apartment, so most outside sounds are muffled. The apartment is also located in a private apartment complex, which made it feel incredibly peaceful, at least during my stay in May. The apartment has everything needed for a basic stay, and more or less everything functions. Overall, it is a functional apartment in a very quiet and pleasant location, but it would benefit a lot from renovation and better maintenance
− However, the furniture and bathroom facilities are very old. The water in the sinks drains extremely slowly, and the carpets are also very old and dirty, so they would really benefit from a deep cleaning. There were also occasional mosquitoes.

4.0Die Lage
− Die Unterkunft war in einem schlechten und ungepflegten Zustand. In der Küche und im Bad standen lieblos sämtliche Putzutensilien rum. Die Teppiche waren dreckig. Die Elektroheizung war nicht fachgerecht auf dem Fuß montiert und drohte umzufallen. Insgesamt ein eher ungemütliches Ambiente. Am schlimmsten war aber der Gestank aus dem Abfluss der Küche. Als wir ankamen war das Küchenfenster geöffnet und damit ziemlich frisch in der Wohnung (Außentemperatur waren 14 Grad). Nachdem ich das Fenster zugemacht hatte, wusste ich aber warum es offen gelassen wurde vor unserer Ankunft: es hat sich eben schnell dieser ekelhafte Gestank nach Kanalabfluss eingestellt. Wir haben genau eine Nacht dort verbracht und dann habe ich eine andere Unterkunft gebucht und wir sind umgezogen. Ich finde es sehr enttäuschend, dass man so seinen Urlaub beginnen muss. Würde es nicht weiterempfehlen
