10.0Very well equipped - kitchen with all items you could need, as well as tea/coffee/sauces and a bottle of wine. Spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. Easy check in and good communication
− Was suspicious of the pre-registration credit card process but this was legit. Annoyingly the payment through booking.com was processed as an international fee and I was hit with 3% surcharge by my bank

− Just the screen doors to laundry and front door didn’t lock properly, u needed a key instead of using the small latch like most door have. Bathroom was a little dirty on the basin and the shower floor
