4.0− The A/C was not working for 2 days
Despite a few issues it is a Lovely hotel and we would stay again.
9.0Seems like a brand new hotel, very clean, excellent air conditioning, complimentary water and pop, only downside was the sound of the plumbing. Every flush was heard rattling thru the walls. The front staff is not there 24/7. Entering the building was confusing as it is not a stand alone hotel with obvious signage and front desk. It’s inside of an older apartment building with very little signage showing there is a hotel inside. Figure out the door codes before you get there and the elevator is a bit tricky but follow the signs. Seemed like a good location.
− Difficult to find on the first time. Staff were not present 24/7. Elevator was tricky. loud plumbing heard thru the walls.

Convenient updated and clean place to stay!
10.0We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our trip to Rome. The location was perfect- walkable to everywhere we wanted to visit. The room was modern, clean, and had great AC. Whenever we needed something the front desk was quick to assist. Would definitely stay here again next time!
