Very clean and well organised accomm in great location
9.0Frew park8ng on the drive. 10 m8ns walk to beach or 8 mins drive to Broadstairs town. It is a compact annexe, but the friendly hosts have made excellent use of the space to provide good facilities. Spotlessly clean. Nice bedding and plenty of towels.

9.0Spacious, very clean, comfortable bed, nice light, bright room, good internet amd comms with host.
− Odd layout with shower in the kitchen area (but not much of a concern to us)

− Only thing I would suggest is bath sheets would be nice and if the weather carries on getting hotter then it may be worth getting a little Aircon unit

10.0I was met as I pulled up (maybe because I was loitering outside checking addresses!) and the owner got the key out of the key code box for me. The room was lovely and clean with everything I needed. The shower was powerful. The towels soft! Tea and coffee available. Area lovely and quiet. I was there for a relaxed peaceful evening before a busy next day working so free Netflix was an absolute bonus. Thank you
