Unpleasent stay
1.0The view of the ocean
− 1) No televsion 2) Wifi signal sometimes turned off, and faulty connection. 3) House not cleaned, mold on mattresses, bed bugs, the couch's scent was unpleasant. 4)Most of the showers do not provide hot water, Only ONE shower is working. 5)They lie saying there's loadshedding knowing very well that it was suspended for December, so I think they switched off the power. 6)Since most of the time tue power was out, thee refrigerator was turned off and our food spoiled, if the refrigerator was turned on it did not fully work right as it was expected to work. 7)The sliding door did not work properly and was unstabled (broken). 8)IT IS A WHOLE ENTIRE SCAM, IF YOU LOOK AT THE PICTURE OF THIS BEACH HOUSE IT'S VERY DIFFERENT FROM THE ONE REALITY. THE TOUR GUY ALSO KNEW ABOUT IT THAT WHY HE WAS IN HURRY TO LEAVE. 9)The tour guy was very UNPROFESSIONAL, he didn't call to check on us he just DISAPPEARED! 10)My children, husband and I did not enjoy our stay at the beach house, I'm still in disbelief and shocked at the pictures compared to reality totally different things, No stairs as shown in the picture, no pool as showed in the picture, master bedroom is very unpleasant it wasn't even that big, and combined two singular beds together to make it seem like it's one big bed. 11)My child was not really comfortable with sleeping because the curtains where not the right length and also see through. 12)The toilets were did not flush properly you have to flush it 2-3 times. 13)The table was Dirty, the result on the on kitchen cloth of wiping the table was an unpleasant view. 14)Left over dirt in the bin, it was not washed and and not cleaned. 15) EVERYTHING was disappointing!

8.0We enjoyed our time here very much. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The house is beautiful and great for entertaining, we were very comfortable. I do feel the need to say that the house does have some maintenance issues which needs to be addressed. The location is gorgeous and we enjoyed great views of the ocean, whales and dolphins. I do need to mention that there is no dishwasher or TV in the house, which was mildly disappointing as were hoping to watch the rugby. All in all, a super stay and we would love to be back some day.
