10.0Beautiful apartment, well stocked, clean, nice host and great location. The cherry on top was the reasonable price for the number of nights.
Consider This Reasonable Alternative To A Pricey Stay In London
8.0Fabrice was friendly and accommodating. He brought us a fan as the first few days of our stay were particularly hot. The kitchen met our needs, and it was good to have a washing machine with soap provided. Croydon is a bit gritty, but is multi-cultural and interesting. There are many places to eat and drink, and the Surrey Market is fabulous. Travel to London is easy. The apartment is good value for money, considering the cost of the equivalent in London (even factoring in the round-trip train ticket).
− The apartment could have been cleaner, in particular, the hard wood floors need a good washing. There is no room for a dining room table, so the only option is outdoor on the patio or on the sofa. The street noise can be pretty harrowing. There were nights when we had difficulty sleeping.
