10.0Het is een fijn, ruim appartement met een royale, goed ingerichte keuken en een terras. De airco en de wifi zijn prima. Het is gelegen in een beveiligd appartementencomplex op loopafstand van restaurants en winkels. Grote plus zijn de dieren die hier rondlopen, we hebben whartogs gezien, monkeys en zelfs een honeybadger.
− We hebben geen negatieve dingen ervaren tijdens ons verblijf.

8.0Joey the property manager was super helpful and quick with helping us to solve the air-conditioning unit that dit not cool down. The property was clean and felt looked after when we arrived.
− The first day we arrived the air-conditioning did not work and the property got extremely hot, this was sorted the next day, but it seems the air-conditioning unit was still not sufficient we had all the doors and windows closed and the air-conditioning did not really cool down the unit. Cleaning was included accoding to the booking details but never happened, we did all the dishes and cleaning ourselves for the entire stay, it seems the cleaning services (included) never pitched for any of the days we stayed.

8.0La location est bien située - près des entrées de parcs et de restaurants et magasins. L'appartement est dans une résidence protégée de clotures ( contre les hippos) et avec un gardien.
− pensez à appeler avant de venir car nous sommes restées 1 hr sur le parking en attendant qu'on viennent nous remettre les clés. Apparemment, on n'était pas attendus - pourtant on a bien pris le virement. Bref - ca s'est bien terminé

8.0Sehr geschmackvoll und sauber, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Sehr sicher, tolle Kommunikation!
− Ein ständig wiederkehrendes Geräusch (ca. alle 5 Minuten) vom abgeschlossenen Schrank neben dem Kühlschrank. Es war so laut, dass wir die ersten Male richtig erschrocken sind, als wir am Tisch daneben saßen. Es war auch in der Nacht und man hörte es auch durch die geschlossene Tür.
