Superb Experience
10.0We had a wonderful stay at Panari Resort Nyahururu, and the entire experience was excellent from the moment we checked in. All the staff members were absolutely fabulous, and their customer service was exceptional throughout our stay. The environment felt very safe and secure, with beautiful landscaping that made the hotel peaceful and relaxing. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. One of the highlights was the fireplace in the room; the staff kindly lit the fire for us in the evening, creating such a warm and cozy atmosphere. Loved how quiet and peaceful our room was. The restaurant was also fantastic, with attentive and friendly staff who were always keen to help. Special thanks to Logan, the young waiter who served us; he was incredibly professional, dedicated, and clearly passionate about providing excellent service. The food was superb, including breakfast, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from Thomson's Falls. A big thank you as well to Nicholas from Concierge, who kindly accompanied us to the falls and made the experience even more enjoyable. I also want to appreciate Grace from housekeeping for the beautiful birthday decorations in the room, such a thoughtful gesture that made my birthday extra special. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, sauna, and steam room, although they could be better for a big Hotel. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Nyahururu. We will certainly be coming back again.
