9.0− We were four people staying for two nights and two mornings. The coffee machine was one with capsules and they owners had left four capsules, which was nice but it would have been great if they would have considered the fact that we would have wanted coffee on both days. Other than that, it was really great.

10.0Sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

− Sehr wenig Besteck, kleine Löffel nicht ausreichend für 4 Personen, Gebrauchsanweisung für Herd wäre gut, Hinweis das es keinen Lift für DG- Wohnung gibt

3.0zentrumsnahe Lage, Größe der Wohnung
− Wir hatten die FEWO "Charmantes Loft in der Bayreuther City" vom 11.-15.03.26 bebucht. Die geräumige Wohnung im Dachgeschoss machte einen teilweise abgewohnten Eindruck. Der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer war komplett defekt. Die Mängelanzeige beim Vermieter brachte trotz Zusage keine Abhilfe. Die Couch war stark fleckig. Das Treppenhaus war deutlich verschmutzt und hatte keine funktionierende Beleuchtung (nur Notlicht). Besonders unangenehm war für uns in nachhinein, dass der Vermieter auch nach Anzeige bei Booking.com zu keinerlei Entschädigung oder Ausgleich bereit war und statt dessen die Mängel bagatellisierte. Eine Buchung können wir nicht empfehlen.
