10.0I had a very enjoyable stay. The staff of the hotel were amazing and they went out of their way to help me. I can't recommend this place enough. The rates are very reasonable and even included free breakfast.

8.0local breakfast included, freshly prepared. rooms were large with a very good view of the volcanoes, small gated parking lot, convenient location walkable to everywhere in town
− AC was a bit noisy but worked, street noise can be loud at night, we had no hot water in our shower despite trying multiple times of day

7.0La ubicación. Cercano a negocios de comida, tiendas y lugares turísticos. También las vistas desde el hotel son muy buenas.
− Esperaba más en tema de atención al huésped. No me ofrecieron agua para beber en la habitación. El desayuno era hasta las 8:00am (algo tarde para mi gusto). El cable de TV es viejo.
