I’d never make a mistake and book that apartment again 🙁I seriously wouldn’t recommend it.
1.0The location, the estate where the apartment is located
− The apartment is not clean and it is not properly maintained. There is no WiFi . It’s also not easy to access the gate the host takes time to respond to text when requesting for the gate pin . In a nutshell I’d never book at that apartment again, the experience was horrible 😩🙁

1.0− Our host didn't care about us we had no wifi from Sunday till Wednesday when we texted him about it he said he'd send us data and that we should use our phones to connect which he never did. When we got to the venue there were only 2 tea cups and 1 glass mind you we had booked for 4 so we had to go out and buy them for ourselves. The place has cockroaches the whole house didn't have carpets including the bathroom no toilet paper lately we couldn't access the lagoon he had that the Blyde has changed rules there for he promised that he would send someone to assist us in order to gain access to the lagoon but once again mentioned that he wasn't promising anything but we should at least carry R100 each incase they allow us in we waited the whole day started complaining calling Booking.com he then lied and said he would send someone to assist us in the morning but didn't. He never answered our calls just responded to few of our texts yoh I am very disappointed wasn't expecting this imagine booking at the Blyde but cannot even access the lagoon the one thing that made us drive all the way there. We didn't enjoy our stay regret booking with these guy's they have no customer service,
Mulisa was a very terrible host who could not communicate clearly and in a timely manner.
1.0− We had no toilet paper or WiFi access for hours and we struggled going in and out of the estate because I couldn’t reach him on the call. The couch was damaged, no spoons, 1 glass, bathroom had a stench.

− I didn't like anything about the room it was not clean the towels were not clean it had a horrible smell and I have sinus and we couldn't get in the lagoon we where told to bring our hostess but he was not picking up the calls
The apartment needs attention it’s dirty and full of cockroaches
